Referendum 1143, upgrading the Polkadot runtime to 1.3.0 and system parachains to 1.3.1, enacted yesterday at ~ 08.00 UTC. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/1143

There was a short-lived block production slowdown yesterday (starting at block 22_572_487) on the relay chain and some parachains due to the 1.3.x runtime upgrade. All parachains and relay chains are now operating with normal block times.

Referendum 1161, proposing to configure the Coretime chain and start Coretime sales, is passing almost unanimously. Barring any major changes in voting, it should pass and enact in the next few days. https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/1161
